Den første er en fra "The anarchist cookbook" men den er lavet lidt om på, den anden er fra en forum.
1) Grind up 150 grams of baby Hawaiian wood rose seeds. 2) In 130 cc. of naptha (AKA lighter fluid), soak the seeds for two days. 3) Filter the solution through a tight screen. 4) Throw away the liquid, and allow the seed mush to dry. 5) For two days allow the mush to soak in 110 cc. of ethyl alcohol (atleast 150 proof). 6) Filter the solution again, saving the liquid and labeling it "1." 7) Resoak the mush in 110 cc. of ethyl alcohol for two days. 8) Filter and throw away the mush. 9) Add the liquid from the second soak to the solution labeled "1." 10) Pour the liquid into a cookie tray and allow it to evaporate. 11) When all of the liquid has evaporated, a yellow gum remains. Thats the LSA.
1) The water should be boiled and left to cool down to room temperature. 2) Depending on desired dosage, 4 to 12 seeds should be crushed using a mortar and pestle or a hammer and then put into the water. 3) The water should be then put into a fridge for at least 4 hours or more and covered in something such as tinfoil or a paper bag to avoid exposure to light. 4) After the water has been refrigerated, a finely chopped up garlic clove should be added to the water for 30 minutes and stirred periodically to completely eliminate nausea and vomiting. 5) A small amount of fruit juice can be added to help eliminate the taste of the seed matter. 6) Sieve out the seed matter and garlic and this can be discarded of. 7) If these steps have been followed correctly, the cold water extraction is ready to consume.
