Ragnhild May er en dansk lydkunstner, der arbejder med installation og performance. Mays kunstværker tager afsæt i fundne materialer og den proces, der ligger i at undersøge og reorganisere dem. Genkendelige ting som luftmadraspumper, blokfløjter og støvsugerslanger bliver således sammensat i nye konstruktioner og deres fælles lydæstetiske potentialer udforsket. May, der studerer på Det Jyske Kunstakademi og senest har deltaget i Århus Lydfestival, vil på LAK 2013 åbne ballet med performancen Music's Apparent Power to Affect Mind and Body. May vil desuden bidrage med installationen Magia universalis naturæ et artis, der består af et større antal hjemmelavede piv-i-røv-fløjte-maskiner, der tilsammen danner en levende instrumentelt arbejdende og støjende organisme.
