Does anyone know - What is the current status of the legality of using ayahuasca (in sacred ceremonies) in Denmark? I am also looking for an attorney to help research this to try to pave the way for retreats in Denmark... |

All I know is that last year, the danish branch of the Santo Daime church tried to obtain legal permission to use ayahuasca ceremonially, and the result did not turn out well in court. https://www.fyens.dk/modules/mobile/art ... id=3131754 |

There is retreats in Denmark with Ayahuasca who are pretty open about what they are doing without big problems with the authorities. But it is illegal to sell, buy and posses Ayahuasca and other forms of DMT. That doesn't matter if it is in a religious ceremony or a therepeutic setting. If i was you i would talk with the people who already do what you want, to see if you can get some advices. But i think you need to be ready to work in the shadows and try not to draw to much attention. I dont think there will be many attorneys that know much about Ayahuasca, but maybe they know some in Gadejuristen (as far as i know its the only attorney office with drugs as their main competence). |
