Ganske interessant og vigtig artikel fra NY Times editorial board. De kommenterer på en rapport, som antyder at 'the war on marijuana is a tool for racial oppression'. Det ses da også tydeligt i statistikkerne, som desværre viser at afro-amerikanere er op til 30 gange mere udsatte end hvide, for at blive anholdt for cannabisbesiddelse.
